Chef’s World Udon Noodles are fresh, thick and chewy wheat-based noodles that are traditionally used in signature Japanese dishes such as Niko Udon (Beef Udon). It can easily be served in 3 minutes – simply blanch the noodles in boiling water before adding into dashi broth for a warm noodle dish or mixing with sesame sauce for a nice udon salad.
